A Proper Job

Following my four fantastic years at university it was time to get a proper job. After a little hunting I was able to find a job working for Citrix Systems as a software engineer and that is where I have been since.

I've worked on a couple of different projects at Citrix, the most notable being their MetaFrame For Unix product which lets you get a graphical desktop on a Unix machine from a remote thin client.

Citrix has been great for me. I've learnt a lot while I've been here and worked with some great people too. There is a photo of one of my colleagues, Chris, there on the left - mainly because I didn't have too many pictures to put on this page, but also because he is looking like a fool in it!

High Wycombe

Citrix offered me a job in their High Wycombe office so I moved down here for that reason. Most of the other jobs that I had been looking at were down in this south east area too so it wasn't a problem. I actually prefer it down here. High Wycombe itself is a little dull, but at least it is easy to get into London from here, only a short train ride away.

So far I've just been renting various flats down here... someday I should really get around to buying my own place...

Palm Software

Since leaving university I have also been spending a fair amount of time writing programs for Palm handheld devices.

The Future?

Well that's the story so far... you'll have to check back here to find out what is next in my life! Or alternatively if you are completely bored to death by all of this then at least you know not to come back here again in a hurry :-)
